In July 2008 an historic decision was made to allow for importation of outside semen into the Island of Jersey. This reversed a century's old ban on outside genetics and the first semen arrived just before mid-September 2008 and was immediately put to (good) use.
Today, on October 1, 2011, the Island Autumn Show was held. For the first time in history, a milking Supreme Champion by an international sire was crowned... She is Imagine Sultan Daisy, and she is by Semex's great sire 0200JE00303 SHF Centurion Sultan!
