Semex's Ladino Park Talent-IMP *RC Gone Too Soon
Article posted on February 5, 2010, 16:25:30

Semex regrets to announce that recent Millionaire Sire 0200HO07030 Ladino Park Talent-IMP *RC EX-90-AUS ST has passed away.

With roots in two continents and three countries, Talent was exported as an embryo from Canada to Australia. Dual-sampled in Canada and Australia, Talent immediately became known as an udder and rump specialist with Red Carrier status after his first proof in February 2003. His high-profile pedigree added to his hype, being a Maughlin Storm son from an EX-91-2E-USA daughter of the famous Royal Winter Fair Champion Stookey Elm Park Blackrose EX-96-3E-USA GMD DOM 7*.

Selling every dose heÂ's produced, TalentÂ's popularity has known no boundaries with semen exported to over 30 countries, netting over 50,000 daughters in production worldwide to date. Dairymen around the world have commented that TalentÂ's been the biggest udder and rump improver they have ever used, making him popular with both commercial dairymen and elite type breeders.

Â"Talent epitomized breeder satisfaction worldwide,Â" says Brad Sayles, Semex Alliance Vice President, Global Marketing. Â"He was a unique sire, excelling in herds with 50 cows and 5,000 cows, showing Semex sires can and do work everywhere.Â"

With tens of thousands of daughters classified worldwide, Talent was an ambassador of tremendous balance, near perfect udders and ideal rump structures, giving him the coveted dual status of being both a Semex Master Series™ and Semex Designer Series™ sire. All this, combined with his extremely high fertility Repromax™ status, high herd life figures and his bonus Red Carrier status will keep TalentÂ's impact tangible for generations to come.
