Details:
  • Limit of 150 seats
  • A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $1,500 per person is due by JULY 28, 2025 to reserve accommodations and transportation. All space will be released after this date; no exceptions
  • ​The final payment is due September 22, 2025. All payments received after September 22, 2025 will incur a 20% late fee 
  • All add-on options must be communicated before the final payment deadline. Payment for add-on options will be included in the final payment.

What's Included in Base Pricing:
  • Deluxe motor-coach transport while on farm tours
  • Breakfast in the hotel each morning

What's Not Included:
  • International and domestic flights
  • Transfers to and from the airport. These will be priced on a per-group basis and dependant on flight times to group countries together for a lower cost.
  • Insurance: Health, cancellation, flight interruption, baggage loss or damage, etc.
  • All meals not included in the itinerary
    • Please contact if you would like to add a Sunday night dinner upon arrival in Canada
  • Transportation to Royal Winter Fair Grounds
  • Attractions not listed in the itinerary
  • Items of a personal nature
  • Alcoholic beverage(s) at any meals
  • Add-On Options: ie. Niagara Day Tour or Toronto City Tour
     
ADD-ON OPTIONS
Cost is based on number of participants, and will be priced per group. Please contact royaltours@semex.com for pricing, and to book any of these add-on attractions. Add-on’s must be booked prior to the final payment deadline of September 22, 2025.
